Organising for Pesticide Reduction
There are 3 levels in most organisations Full Time Officers are considered level 4, Local/Lay representatives are level 3, Members working on the land are level 2. This is how the various levels at work behave in relation to health and safety. We can use this to work out what we - in the union, need to do to control pesticides better.
