Issues
Everybody at work has some responsibility for health and safety, although this varies according to particular role. Managers are responsible for carrying out the overall health and safety policy, while skilled orkers who are free to move around (supervisors, technicians, and herdsmen) are responsible for translating policies into practices, and supervised staff (eg. pickers) are responsible for not endangering their colleagues. Other, more specific, roles can be specified in the policy.
