Accidents 1.3. Know how to investigate accidents and incidents to establish causes Issues: While we should be avoiding accidents, it is important that when there is one, it should be investigated so as to learn lessons for the future. However, this is usually carried out against a background of possible compensation, and inherent legal matters involved with that. Task: 1. Choose accident/incidents 2. Describe events leading to and from accident/incident 2. Establish causes (Report Back? - template?)
